The direct mail and email solicitations below are part of UCA’s planned giving marketing campaign. The two-fold goal for this solicitation was to 1) remind alumni and friends of UCA’s planned giving program and 2) have them respond if they have already included UCA as part of their estate planning process.
For the mailer, I developed the idea, wrote the copy and worked with our graphic design team to create the finished product. For the email, I adapted the copy from the direct mail piece and worked with Advancement Services to develop a mailing list that would reach our target audience. Our graphic designer created the email header using the design from the direct mail piece.
